had cash, Jim was so rude we went to competition and bought a 2019 explorer outright don't waste your time or money here Rude rude rude grossly condescending and rude

we had been using a ford dealership a bit farther away but larger and finally were fed up with a roadblock at every turn: difficulty with booking appts in a timely fashion, often parts on backorder, dealership/service dropping the ball.
Faith's Ford Dealership in Brattle was a delight from the get-go....first contact telephone....explanation of my perception of a problem, then getting an appointment in the same week and promises that work would be completed. It was! Everyone i met or spoke with was courteous, and knowledgeable. A special shout-out on Chris Sullivan.
