Purchased a Honda Odyssey from here.
Purchased a Honda Odyssey from here. Was guaranteed that a full inspection was done on it, however within a week of driving it, it needed to be towed with a bunch of work done. Now it’s been 3 months since the purchase and the transmission needs to be replaced. Almost $15,000 total added to the purchase of a 2018 Honda Odyssey. Unfortunately, I did not purchase a warranty with the vehicle and it’s all been out of pocket. Please please please learn from me and be careful from buying here! Get it inspected by a private mechanic as well plus get a warranty. Was extremely excited to purchase from here at first, but I am completely dissatisfied and it’s unfortunate how everything ended up.

If there were a way to foresee issues happening to a previously-owned vehicle, we would for sure take advantage of that. Upon inspecting this vehicle, we did not see any known issues or concerns with this vehicle or else they would have been addressed. Also upon our inspection drive of the vehicle, nothing was noticed, as it sounds like nothing was noticed upon your drive either. We try and offer an extended service contract to all of our guests because of these unknown instances that can arise. We hope you were offered that service upon purchase of the vehicle.
