If you are looking for a classic gut wrenching hard balling car buying experience where no one listens to you, then you are in the right place. I hate to use the term ageist, but I can't help feeling like the staff thought me incredibly stupid due to my age. Good cop/bad cop, no negotiation until a phony signed commitment, answering questions with misleading information, and the classic manager conversation, it's all there. What a poor experience. I actually found a car that I liked there. I had a different ford dealership trade for it, so that I could purchase it from someone else.
Slow, sloppy, shady.

Frankly this dealership has been some of the worst customer service I've seen from a shop yet. The first time I went in and had the alternator replaced, it was a WEEK before anyone even told me if my car was THERE. I called over 9 times just asking to know if the vehicle had arrived safely. I never got a single call back when promised a phone call back. I was out a vehicle for a week and a half for an ALTERNATOR replacement. The second thing was the shady service riders. I had an original quote of 590 to do the alternator. I was out hunting so o redirected calls to my mother, and the service rider told her it would be 1500$!! I walked in the door as she was on the phone, and she handed me the phone. I promptly asked how much it would be, and they told me 1000$. I have never seen such BLATANT sexism in my LIFE. How DARE YOU try and scam my mom out of 500 dollars more simply because she is a woman. Then came the nightmare of having the work actually done. My appointment was missed 3 times without even a text or any notice, and nobody seemed to give a rats xxx if anything was being done. A week in, we had to demand a manager be put on our ticket and then finally it was done. Everything seemed ok for a few months, and then my car died and the alternator was bad again. I was able to limp my car to the shop, and had them do the warranty work. When I called to schedule the work, they informed me the previous advisor no longer worked there. So I explained my situation last time and requested the most reliable service rider be put on my case. At first it seemed better, they promised me it would be done day of appointment. That day passed, and I called and they promised the next day. This happened FIVE more times. Back to the same games. Being put on hold for 15 minutes and then promised a call back. I was only able to contact somebody when I refused to be hung up on and had a manager call me. Then when asking him what the xxxx was going on he said "I'm not sure why it isn't being worked on yet" I don't understand how the even with the most reliable workers on the case there, there can be such unbelievable incompetence. Now we finally have the vehicle back, and it now squeaks and leaks oil pretty profusely. Stay AWAY stay AWAY.
Great Service

You guys are the best. Even when I am just getting an oil change I am being treated as if I was buying a new car.
