I will never deal with Wharton Ford again!
I will never deal with Wharton Ford again!! The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. I called to cancel a part I ordered that was originally told to me would be here 1-2 days ago and the service guy Robert hung up on me. If it is not a Ford product seems you are not a priority. Plus, I was in the process of purchasing a new car and they fired my sales guy. He was the only reason I was dealing with Wharton Ford to begin with on the second purchase. When I got hung up on today, I told my other salesperson I would no longer deal with Wharton Ford. This is pitiful in such a small town.

Walked in to do a test drive and ended up buying the vehicle. The service was outstanding. Johnny , Tabitha and Gus all helped get me behind the wheel of a much needed car!

Johnny, Tabitha, and Gus were all great to work with. I walked in not expecting to be buying a vehicle and left with one. Each of them took time to listen to what I said, and worked with me and my situation. I would come back here anytime and recommend anyone to come here to purchase a vehicle. Amazing!
