Untruth in advertising
Not sure about the other services these folks provide but our experience with sales was the worst ever. Without going in to great detail, their lack of honesty and indifference to customer satisfaction is appalling. I’d give them a minus star if I could. Very bad. Would not recommend.

UNPROFESSIONAL
Three months ago my wife ordered a red F150 for her business. We were very specific as to the features she wanted. We supplied the dealer with the VIN from a 2021 f150 we had also bought for the business. When the truck arrived at the dealership they never bothered to tell us that some of the features were not included. If I hadn’t inspected the truck and questioned the salesman about the missing features he wouldn’t have brought it up. I guess the old saying “ you can’t trusted some people” is true.
