Ken was a pleasure to work with.
Ken was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous and respectful. He explained the vehicle I was interested in and had it ready for my wife and I to test drive. He conveyed that we should take our time experiencing the vehicle and to take all the time we needed. At no time was he pushy or clingy. After we decided to pursue to negotiate the purchase of the vehicle, Ken acted totally supportive of our requests and acted in very good faith by “going to bat for us”. We quickly came to an agreement and Ken made the buying process quick and painless. If you find a car on their website and would like to investigate it further, I highly recommend you ask for Ken when you arrive at the dealership.
