Contacted them for a safety recall on a recently purchased vehicle, they came to the house to fix it, I didn’t even need to bring it to the shop. They have earned my repeat business for sure!

Took 2015 explorer in for Ford recalls .
Took 2015 explorer in for Ford recalls . I made appt and when time came I got the run around . I was lied to by the service manger who pretended to not be himself to take his own complaint, they used all my gas was quarter of tank but hey. It was a nightmare . Helen tried to make it right she was the only one with good customer service there and got me like changes etc.. but now my steering is way looser and it feels dangerous to drive. I’m scared to take my car back there
