I am local customer that has bought quite a few vehicles from this dealership. Recently I was in for some routine service work; while standing in the lobby, the owner, Chuck Brown walked right past me without even acknowledging me. Not even a nod my way. My salesperson, who has sold me my last 3-4 vehicles came walking thru and barely acknowledged me, and only after I greeted him. This was a week day and they were not busy. The kicker; I was in to have my oil
Changed and tires rotated. Even though I paid for this service, the technician opted not to rotate my tires. This is the second time this has happened to me at this dealership. Sad to say, Chuck Brown Ford has sold this local the last vehicle!!

Traveling from San Antonio and had problem with our Ford 150 truck. The guys took our vehicle right in and had it repaired for us without a long wait. They were very professional and polite. Was very concerned Made us feel real good to be there. After they were done gave us blessings for a safe trip. Funny thing years ago I had car problems in the same area and drove to Ford and the treatment was the same. Bunch of awesome guys. God Bless you all. Merry Christmas��
