If you are considering buying or servicing a Ford here, look elsewhere. My 2022 Bronco Sport has only 40,000 miles. It is currently sitting in your shop for its third major powertrain failure in 9 months. Incompetence: You failed to fix the root cause during the first two repairs (Water Pump & Turbo), leading to this third catastrophic failure. Negligence: The vehicle has been out of service for over 84 DAYS this year. Bad Faith: You are now refusing to honor the 60,000-mile Powertrain Warranty for the current overheating issue (Code P1285), claiming it is not covered despite being direct consequential damage from the prior failures. You are leaving a customer stranded with a broken 3-year-old vehicle and refusing to stand behind your written warranty. This is how Jordan Ford treats valid claims. Regulatory complaints have been filed with the TxDMV and NHTSA.

I inquired about a used Mitsubishi Menu price. I read their menu description, and it sounded like that was the OTD price. I asked through CARGURUS if that was the case and if it wasn't what would the OTD be. It took quite a while to hear back from them and in the meantime, I offered them my own OTD price. They finally responded and was told Menu price was the cost of the car plus taxes and a bunch of fees. I think I've bought about a dozen or so cars from them and know that their fees and pure profit and xx. They won't be getting any more business from me. Watch them real close. besides Fords suck anyways.

I purchased a used vehicle from them and gave me a report about all the maintenance they performed and changing the oil and filter was one of the items and I found a filter that was cleaned on top and dirty on the bottom and no evidence at all the oil was changed. There's no way you can change oil without some kind of oil residue somewhere. I don't even believe anything else on the report was done. I contacted them about it and told them I'm not looking for compensation, just wanted to let them know their shop lies about what they performed. I called the salesman about it and he said he would tell his manager and have not heard back from anyone. Very poorly ran used car dealership.
