Great experience buying a used car. I purchased a 2019 Ford fiesta from Jeffery Slaughter. He handled everything: from having the car out and ready for a test drive, working hard with the Sales Manager to get my price and maintenance to get the car ready. When I drove the car home, I noticed a vibration at speed. I texted Jeffery, he told me to bring it and he had it ready in an hour. Great service. I would highly recommend working with Jeffery and Cavender Ford as a great dealership.

Recommend you never purchase a used car from this dealer, especially if your from out of state, e.g. through Carfax. They sold us a 2024 BMW and didn't have the title. They then took 1 1/2 months and the involvement of the General Mgr. to get the title. Despite many phone calls and emails mentioning sending the title to our DMV in Nebraska, it was never mentioned that they would be sending the title to a Tag & Title company in Florida, which has caused yet another week's delay ( Cavender didn't send all necessary paperwork at first). The financial manager acted disinterested and unfriendly when dealing with the paperwork. When we drove to San Antonio 800+ miles from Omaha to purchase the car (Carfax gave the dealer a high rating and it was listed as a Good Price) we found the vehicle had a large crack across the entire windshield that they didn't mention prior to our leaving Omaha and was hidden in all pictures. We were ready to cancel the deal and leave for home when they wouldn't get it fixed for us that day. That's when they figured out how to get it fixed and delivered to our hotel at 8:30pm. Nebraska has a 30-day timeframe for tax and licensing a vehicle. We have been accumulating a fine each day this fiasco goes past July 3rd. This is not a dealer I would ever work with again. Negligent at the very least.
