We had to get a new starter motor replaced and my wife?
We had to get a new starter motor replaced and my wife?s 2020 Ford Explorer. The dealership worked with us on the cost of the repairs and he was very professional. Our advisor?s name was Mike.

it was a full diesel service, but def was empty and
it was a full diesel service, but def was empty and technician forgot to top up. Advisor states, it's all done , but found out after we took the truck. Called service center, but its been 4 days and no call yet. Wonder what they do with our vehicle at the service. might need to put a camera to see if they even change oil and filters.
