Who call me back, to let me know that Ms. Kim would give me a call,Back Ms Kim went over and beyond the call of duty to drop the tags off to me.Thank you Ms.Kim . North Central Ford for Ms. Kim

Vehicle was purchased 03/25, the temporary tags expired

Vehicle was purchased 03/25, the temporary tags expired and I was not notified there was a problem getting the license plates. Kim in titles and Kim Lewis the general sales manager explained that there was a lien on the title from the previous owner that prevented getting plates. The vehicle had no tags for a few days. There has been no updates and it’s going on 3 months. Then the car stopped working, I had to have it towed in and their inspection revealed the poor condition of the vehicle. Dry rotted tires, bad brakes and rotors, dirty oil and busher to shifter linkage damage with a total repair cost of over $1700. I’ve had the car less than 90 days, this is not wear and tear, this is how they sold the certified used Ford vehicle. I reached out to the sales manager and haven’t heard back. Horrible sales, horrible customer service.

Actually scammed. I provided all the necessary paperwork prior to making the 3.5 hour drive to Dallas. Was advised that everything was finalized and to come down. I shared that I had to be quick because I have a dog at home who had surgery and can’t be left for too long. I said if I come down I need all remaining paperwork to be ready to go immediately upon arrival. When I arrived I was told it would be less than 5 minutes which turned into 30 minutes. While the salesman and finance frantically are running back and forth. Then someone else comes out and says the deal wasn’t done and they could not grasp the concept that I have three homes across the country and I can register it at any of them. My drivers license is valid and expires in 3 days but I provided them with the temporary one from the dmv along with my real ID which both are valid. They can look up In system that my license is valid. And my new license is in the mail, but my current license is still fully valid. I also provided all this information via email prior to arrival and they stated all documents received, approved and good to go. No one could even look me in the eye and they sheepishly said they won’t do the deal and the salesman literally ran away. Never apologized and no one provided a real answer and there was no reason why for any of this. No there isn’t any missing pieces to the story or more to the story. They are shady liars who literally told me a lie to come down knowing it was a 3.5 hour drive and lied to me about it being ready to go. Please do not take your business here. They are so shady and dishonest.
