Spent 2+ hours negotiating a price on a hail damaged escape. Walked out when they would not come down by $500 that I needed to purchase. A few days later, the sales mgr said they would come down in price and offered a lifetime power train warranty. I asked for the quote. At the SAME time he sent the quote he also said that someone else was now buying the vehicle??? Next day I receive a text that it fell through and now I can buy it - BUT NO - that was wrong too. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Waste of time. Go somewhere else.

Made AN Appt one week in advance for the 7 am appt. Wrench light on and air bag. Got there promply at 7 ...they asked me to give them time to get started at 7:15 about 7:30 they came and told me bothbElectricians called in Today march 15th . I said ok so you can not honer my appt.. She said maybe quick lube area can help, I get over there they say our guy wont be here until 8:30 am ..i had a 7 am appt. But he beeds his coffe so how does 9 am sound... I said well it all sounds like xx To me. I make 300 dollars a day. You cost a day OF pto. Did not offer anykind of price break or free service for inconviencing me completly.

Our Lincoln started having problems at just over 300 mi.out of warranty and another which also required returns to dealership. Mr. Gene Baker and Josh Horton demonstrated that a dealership can have a heart. They came to our aid personally and restored our confidence in Johnson Sewell. Thanks guys! Ted Langworthy
