Stay away from Johnson Sewell! This is the worst experience I have ever had a dealership. I am a loyal Ford owner who was looking for a new F150. I spent half the day working a deal with the salesman and agreed on a drive out price and was sent the buyers order. I then submitted the insurance information and my driver's license, along with the financing application. I told the salesman I would be there first thing in the morning as I had to drive up about 90 miles and was bringing my 2 trades. At about 5 o'clock that same day, the salesman calls and tells me he has bad news. The owner of the dealership decided to by my truck and I could no longer purchase it. I was shocked and told the salesman this was unacceptable and was offered nothing in return except that they would try and find me another similar vehicle. I then asked for them to offer me a more expensive (3K) vehicle at the same price, to which they declined to do so. I then told them the next day that I do not do business with companies that treat their customers in this fashion and we would not be doing business. It is one thing to have a car sold from under you, but when its the owner that takes it to another level!
