Worst dealership service experience.
Worst dealership service experience. Truck was over a month at dealer. Would have to call and check on progress daily. Overcharged from deductible and having to pay additional changes. Vehicle was pick continue to have issues. Additional charge were add for the service. Do not recommend service department..

Your truck was brought in on August 27th with a major engine concern that required approval through your aftermarket service contract. That process included a third-party adjuster inspection and a review of your service records, which extended the repair timeline beyond our normal expectations. When your vehicle later returned for an A/C issue, that repair also went through the same contract, which required a separate deductible per claim — something determined by the warranty company rather than our dealership. We understand how stressful vehicle repairs can be, especially when warranty procedures take longer than expected. Our goal is always to keep customers informed and get them back on the road as quickly as possible.
