We purchased a new car in Sept of 2024 from Omar. Shortly after purchase we had a flat and realized there was no Jack in the car. Have been trying to get the jack that mfg confirmed should have been in the car at time of purchase and received NO help or even so much as a return phone call from anyone! After reading online reviews, this seems to be standard operating procedure at this dealership! Would definitely advise anyone looking for a car……GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Grace made the process smooth and efficient, even prodding detailing along to get me in my new F150. Got me an extra few hundred on my trade in as well. I'm still getting to know my new truck and all the features. So far I'm really happy with it. I'm happy they had one with a V8 in it. Nothing against the ecoboost V6... but you know more cylinders is WAY more fun! 10 out of 10 - will recommend!
