James was great! We went to other dealerships and they were fine but James took a ton of time explaining the entire breakdown of the price of the vehicle and also showed us all the special features of our Bronco.

I previously bought a vehicle from this Ford dealership and even left them a 5-star review. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. After spending over three hours negotiating a final price, I later discovered that the number on the contract was not the number we agreed on. That is completely unacceptable and shows a clear lack of honesty and integrity. Yes, I should have double-checked the paperwork more carefully, but a reputable dealership should never take advantage of a customer’s trust. The fact that they slipped in a different final price feels deceptive and unethical. I’m not asking for the money back — I take responsibility for overlooking it — but I want to make sure others don’t get misled the same way. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to be extremely cautious. If they did this to me, they can do it to someone else. Don’t let yourself become the next customer they take advantage of.
