If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would!
If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would!! We came preapproved from our credit union and they refused to sell us a truck. Our credit union even offered for us to come get a cashiers check and bring it to them and they still said no outside financing. They won't do business with you if they can't screw you with their terrible in-house financing! Absolutely horrible business with terrible practices!!

In-house financing is offered because it allows us to ensure consistency, transparency, and timely completion of transactions, and many of our customers find it competitive and beneficial. That said, we fully respect that financing preferences vary, and we regret that our policies did not align with yours in this instance. In fact, we do business directly with your preferred lender but you were unwilling to provide us the information required to move forward with that option. Most importantly, we acknowledge that we should have communicated this more clearly and earlier in the process, and we apologize for that breakdown.
