Well, I am satisfied with the service rendered by the Schottenkirk Ford dealership they have been unable to fix an issue that was generated by the factory, for the Aviator was built. Thus it’s a defect in the design or workmanship at the factory and the service department, including my service tech TYLER has tried his best to fix it and so I’m very satisfied with the service he has rendered
