Lost car key

Have delt with j.o. williams for 50+ years. Called the service yesterday because I lost the key to my 2012 taurus and was stranded.The service rep told me twice that he could not help me. Seems the service has changed drastically. IF Danny Sorells had been there my negative experience would have been positive. Guess it is the sign of the times.

Dash Williams and Josh Johnson are the best dealer team I have ever dealt with. They found rebates and discounts for me that fit the contract, and incorporated in to the sales price. My wife's F 150 was immaculate. I'm sure the Service department is equally efficient in taking care of my truck. Thank you J.O. Williams Ford!
