All my needs and concerns were handled very professionally and in a timely manner. This was an extreme breath of fresh air after poor service from two separate family owned Ford dealerships were i had purchased 2 of my last trucks. Automation Ford off Hwy 121 and the North Dallas Tollway in Frisco has given me faith again in true customer service. They did the "right thing" and did not pull the "bait and switch" I had experienced....Thank you.
