I purchased a 2023 used Silverado at Stanley Ford in Eastland TX. I had found the vehicle on fb Marketplace, messaged about it and was promptly replied to by Kele Mcelhaney who was on vacation. He set me up with Bradley Cross at the dealership. Everything went as well as I'd hoped, not much haggling from either side, we agreed on a price and I purchased the truck. While they prepped it, I met the GM Mark Childs, he gave me his card and said to reach out if I had any issues. I did reach out a couple days later with some previous maintenance questions, Mark got with their service manager and quickly responded to my questions. Refreshing to have a manager that models what he said he'd do. Thanks Mark and your team. I've purchased many vehicles over my life, rarely buy from dealerships due to the games and hassle, this was a rare pleasant experience.

The finance guy Oscar no last name packed my contract and sold me a 2020 used GMC for 44000 that's 4 grand more than brand new price. I am not ever dealing with these people again Stay away if your smart

I recently bought a car from Stanley’s in Eastland and it had been an amazing experience for our family! They took such great care of our family! Frank Briseño helped us and he took the time to let us test drive our car and make sure this was the care that we wanted to go with! He was super friendly and very easy going. He was very patient with us! Oscar was really great when I spoke with him as well! He was so helpful! I had also noticed that there was a small squeaking noise with the car and let them know and they took care of that as well! Every time I have called or been in this dealership, I have always had a wonderful customer experience! Ryan, who was at the help desk was so kind and helpful as well! If you are looking for an all around great experience, I would definitely recommend them!
