Excel Ford-Lincoln

I bought a nice Ford truck from Excel Ford. I later return with a Ford Ranger. I told the service department that it needed either a rebuilt engine or perhaps overhaul the old engine. They “diagnosed “ my blown up engine. That I already knew was blow out and charged me $960 dollars. I had the truck towed into their shop with a blowed up engine. And I had it towed out with a blowed engine. The Ranger was a 1996 model that I told the it would only be used on my farm. The truck probably was not worth 2,000 dollars or less. They should have called me and been honest and told me the truck was simply not worth fix. These people cannot be trusted. They are motivated by money. I will go somewhere else in the future.

Great sales staff. Great place to buy a truck. They're just nice people and I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy, and that's coming from someone who gets really annoyed with pushy salespeople. First time I've actually enjoyed having to buy a truck.
