Dealership as a whole was friendly, informal, and low pressure. Prices, fees, and documentation process were all very fair. The total time spent in the store was reasonable, and they took efforts to minimize the duration for adding the dealer-installed tint and bedliner. The personnel I directly dealt with were courteous, competent, and efficient. Kevin, the technology instructor was especially helpful in getting all the driver settings personalized. 2 of the service advisors I spoke to were helpful with my technical questions. I have a few minor warranty issues which need addressing and I trust that they will do so to my satisfaction. The make-ready department delivered the truck clean, but there was a large amount of hard-water spots which took a lot of effort on my part to remove. In summary, I recommend this dealership.
