We would not recommend this dealer at all and would tell anyone looking to purchase a car from them read the unanswered complaints on theBetter Business Bureau website. They sold a car to us and we made a complaint right after purchasing about a oil leak and was lied to about motor issues. Do some research before buying here it speaks for itself. Our $15,000 vehicle lasted not even 6 months. The dealer has not addressed our complaint not once. They are not BBB accredited.

Jeremy Chastain, Service Advisor, went to great lengths to find new Ford part for my older car. He made sure it was fixed right. Very nice customer service

Truck still isn’t fixed after a month.
I dropped my truck off on 12/20 and it is now 1/18!!!!! My truck has been making a noise for over a month so I took it in. Didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks and when I heard back all I was told was well we don’t hear anything. So I said to please drive it some more because I’m not making it up. So the tech calls back and says yeah I can hear a noise now and the pedal is vibrating. Let me drive it some more. So today I get a call and now they can’t find anything. I guess the noise just vanished. So now I have been without my truck for a month and still don’t have any answers.
