Scammers

They’re scammers at this dealership. They send out mail to your name saying that you’re a winner of a prize like a car, money, grills, etc. every flyer is a winner that’s just to get you to go in and they try so hard to sell you a car. And at the end they don’t give you the prize you won all they give you is a $5 gift card to McDonald’s. They’re scammers so don’t do business with them.

3rd times the charm?

I had my 2018 Ford Escape with 16,000 miles on it worked on in 2019. The engine was replaced after being in the shop over a month... luckily it was still under factory warranty because within days all the oil leaked due to a seal not being on properly and my engine was replaced a second time. Now with about 12,000 miles on the new engine, it is getting replaced yet again.... I was told my Ford it may or may not get paid for this time due to it not being under warranty still... my car has now been there since January 14th and I have yet to know whether I have to pay or if Ford will pay... I was told the first time it wasn’t my fault and it was paid for.... Now since it isn’t under warranty I may have to pay for it.. although it’s having the same issue as in 2019... Not caused my me, but and malfunction in the engine Tyler that is in it... This isn’t fair.

Amazing service, and beautiful atmosphere!

I really liked that one person who greeted me right at the door. He was very friendly and not pushy as compared to the other car salesmen that I’ve in my car-shopping experiences. He actually I’m thought me about some aspects about cars that I never even heard of. Overall, it was a really enriching and fun experience. And I got my first car out of it!
