We actually enjoyed this shopping experience. That's a first, with car shopping being our least favorite thing to do. We were treated with such respect, we enjoyed our pleasant salesperson as well as the sales manager. There was no haggling, no critical reviews of the car we wanted to trade in, no waiting around to hear a price, and everyone seemed to be happy to be working at Russell Barnett. We will be back the next time we want a car and have already told friends about our wonderful experience.

Great work by everyone involved. The staff was patient with me, did not try to force me into buying. The sales team helped me balance the features that were important to me with the cost. The service staff was efficient and accurate at preforming the minor repairs that were needed to make my car as perfect as possible.
