Great dealership. I have been buying Fords vehicles for fifty years. All of the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to satify all of my questions. One of the best purchase experiences buying a Ford.

Wow is all I can say. This place is so disorganized. But my main frustration is the fact that they didn’t tell me the suv I was buying only had one key. After everything was done they handed me the one key. I asked where the second one was. Ski the sales guy said “it only comes with one boss”. I talked to a manager and he said there was nothing he could do accept sell me another key. I told him this is why they have such low ratings on cars.com and Autotrader. He then yelled at me and said “WHY DID YOU BUY A CAR HERE THEN!!” These people have no idea what good service is. The entire process was unprofessional. I will never buy here again. All they had to do is tell me from the beginning that it had one key. So frustrating.

I recently purchased a used 4 runner from Steve Marsh Ford. Glenn Cooper was my sales representative he was able to take care of all my requests as I purchased this while I was in California, and it took another week for me to return home.
