Took my car into the Lease/fleet division.

Took my car into the Lease/fleet division. My car needed a new touchpad/screen. Took it in on a Friday. They said it would be back on a Monday. Went back on Monday. They said they ordered the part. It wouldn’t be until Wednesday. Called to see if my car was ready. Technician said no it’s not ready. We ordered the part but it came in but it was the wrong part .Call back three days later they had the part and said my car would be ready in the next three days. Took my Rent-A-Car back after paying $1000. Went to pick up my car they said it wasn’t just the touchscreen they had to order a new part. My car has all my parts and everything I need to do for work. I ask how long it would be until they got the part they needed. They said they’d call me at that point. I took my car and after four days I never received a phone call. Check back in the answer was not sure where it’s at. Called Michael the gentleman in charge of the service department. he told me to come on in with my car. He,d put his best technician on it. He told me my car be ready in three days. Went back three days later Car wasn’t ready. They hadn’t received the part. At this point I’m out about $75 in Uber bills. Before all this I had ask if they had Uber transportation, the gentleman in the fleet division said no. After talking to Michael, he told me they had a shuttle Needless to say, they haven’t refunded me any money for my Uber bill, when I came in to pick up the car nobody met me there to saiy they were sorry. This is the second time town and country has screwed up my fleet car. Costing me time and money. Sorry this is wordy, and misspelled, but I’m very angry.

These guys know how to continuously provide great customer service, Got our 2018 mustang back to us in a timely manner and fixed the issue without giving us the run around. Highly recommended!

Car was brought to dealership for issue already made obvious with a wire found by myself and 3 other technicians not apart of the company that serviced my vehicle and probably will seek help by another ford dealer
