James I went to Gallatin Ford's website to just look around. And afterwards, Matthew gave me a call, we had a great conversation. He is definitely a great person. And a good salesman. We made an appointment to I meet with him on Saturday as soon as we walked in the door and we met with him. They were really nice and let us take the car out to get some lunch. And think about the purchase. Definitely, no pressure.

When issues are raised, rather than resolving them properly, they tend to rush customers out the door. Communication is particularly poor—phone calls are rarely answered, and obtaining meaningful updates is extremely difficult. In many cases, follow-up requires persistent calling or even visiting in person to get accurate information. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend choosing Bates Ford, where customers are treated with respect, honesty, and professionalism. Bates Ford has proven to prioritize customer satisfaction and is committed to doing what is right. Unfortunately, this dealership appears focused primarily on profit rather than service or integrity.

Highly recommend sales rep Valerie. Came in with a certain truck in mind and she was very quick to help and get us the best deal possible! If you’re looking for a caring, non pushy cars salesman, she’s the lady! So far we are very satisfied with Gallatin Ford and their team!
