Where to start.
Where to start. Chuck was very helpful. We traded our 2016 BMW in for a 2023 ford bronco sport. It had a dent in it they said if we buy the vehicle they would fix it. Well there was the first lie. Now we are dealing a month later with still paying on the BMW we traded in. We are getting late charges. Our credit is getting hit bad for the late payments. Our bank Eastman credit union said as long as it is in our name still we still have to pay for it. Eastman credit union still has our title. Now Ford of Elizabethton has sold the BMW that we still have the title for. We had to get a police report just in case whoever owns the BMW has a wreck or is doing something illegal it is not on us. Because the title is still in our names. On the other reviews pages the owner says our reviews mean something. If they mean something why is everyone having the same problem. This is very shady place. They are floating titles.

They still haven't paid off our car. They have sold it now. Getting charged late fees. They agreed to fix a dent that was done on their car lot if we bought the vehicle. Got a text today they will not fix it. Our credit is getting hit because we do not own the BMW anymore and now someone else is driving it. They had us get a quote from our body shop. Now they will not fix it. I wrote another review on another site and now we are not getting it fixed. How can they sell a car when our bank still has the title and we are having to make payments. Had to file a police report just in case whoever bought the vehicle had a wreck and killed someone it wouldn't come back on us. All we have gotten is lies from this dealership

Worse dealership that guy Tony didn’t cancel the axiom/line5 for me which he supposed to do. They take advantage me and my son. Not recommended this deleaship.
