Outstanding parts dept.
Outstanding parts dept. Very poor service dept. Had my truck for over 2 weeks with little to no followup. I finally went to the dealership for a status update only to be told that they were still waiting on a part. I told the service writer that I needed to retrieve some items from my truck and he directed me to the back lot. After several minutes of looking and not finding it I started looking in the service bays, low and behold, not only did I find it but was told by the technician that he was nearly finished. I was very frustrated and went back to the service desk to the my rep and he only said that it would have been nice if someone told him. After all that it was still not available until late the next day. I will be looking for an alternate service center for future repair.
