BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could leave no stars this dealership is horrible! My family bought a 2011 Honda Odyssey a few weeks ago because we need 8 seats for our lifestyle to start the salesman Trey met us halfway to get the van when we met with him I asked right away if I could test drive the vehicle he said I really need to get back it’s late but it drives and runs great you will not be disappointed on our drive home I immediately heard a weird noise when steering the wheel and the drivers door was all taped up and a huge chip in the windshield these are things I noticed that day the next day I found out there’s no door checkers in the front doors so they slam right shut the one slammed right on my daughters leg causing a huge cut also the back door you have to use all your force to open it or it won’t open and the sunroof randomly opens when your driving it happened to open on me and all the kids when it was raining I took it into a local repair shop so they could check it over I was told we need door checkers put in we need power steering replaced we need all new struts and that something electrical is going on with the van as well I contacted the boss Joe Beadle today and was pretty much laughed and the whole conversation and was told it’s an older vehicle it’s as is sorry nothing I can do to help u your welcome to take it to a repair shop to get fixed tho my question was how did this pass inspection I don’t feel safe driving children around in this and of course Joe said it passed inspection at the time sorry your having these issues now! Well we had the issues the day we got it the next day and witching the few weeks we’ve had it! I’ve been trying to get ahold of him for weeks he just now contacted me today and is doing absolutely nothing to make anything right be careful people this is a crooked dealership and don’t care about there customers just there money

Friendly staff, and good place to purchase vehicles from, purchased many vehicles from beadles sales over the years. Smooth process. I would return again. Service department does great work as well they cant be beat.

They were polite and didn't push to make you fill like you had to buy anything. They explained everything to me and didn't over do it was a pleasant experience
