Purchased a new car from him in 2009, and more recently a low mileage used pickup. When I went to trade it at a different dealer they told me the Carfax showed that it had damage to the right side in which will rots never told me about. I know by law they didn't have to because it was under a certain dollar amount. But being a repeat customer I would have appreciated it, and also wish they had told me the truck came from an auction out of New Mexico as I thought it was a local trade with low mileage. The truck runs fine and stuff but I was just disappointed and not knowing this stuff up front

Driving cross country with my son, who was moving to Iowa from Washington state. His 2002 Toyota with 200K + gave up on I90 on the Missouri bridge and he had to be towed to a shop. Willrodt Ford was the only shop in Chamberlin that would make time to look at it. Got there and could plainly see the cracked engine block. Patrick in sales did a great job working with us in my son's budget and set him up in used car that my son now loves. No high pressure sales, no unpleasantness, got back on the road and finished the trip in a lot nicer car than we started in. Only slight delay was they wanted to to a full lube and oil before we drove off. If they weren't so far from Seattle, I'd be looking there for my next car too.

I drive an F150 but we were transporting my daughters Subaru Forester to Oregon and were passing through when the Check Engine Light came on her car. We stopped in and the service department checked the code to determine it was something small and we could continue with our trip. THANK YOU for this peace of mind on our trip. We made it 2400 miles later. The service guys were so nice! It reminded me again why I drive a Ford. Dependability in service too!
