Trying to buy a used Tahoe from this place going w
I went there to buy a Tahoe that was for sale..and was told that it needed to be checked out before it get sold...so while waiting for it to come back from getting checked...with the holidays here I'm getting my paperwork done to be told someone cae and put a down payment on it...I was very disappointed in the salesman there for doing me like that ..i wasn't told that I needed to put money down ..if so I could have did that....so if you deal with someone here get a better understanding than what I did....

What a scam! Found the perfect used vehicle at a great price online. Another dealership previously gave us a decent price for our trade-in, so we thought we were in the ballpark for this vehicle. After the salesman prefaced the offer with a long explanation of how they don't use blue book or Edmund's, they offered almost half for our trade. That put the deal over $8k more than we budgeted for. We stopped at another dealership on our 3+ hour drive back home and that dealership gave us a written appraisal for our trade-in to use towards any vehicle they sold. That offer was $7k higher than Coleman's appraisal and their exact vehicle was priced $2k less and had less miles!

I just moved here a few months ago from Tucson AZ. I was hesitant at first to use a small dealership. However, I have nothing but good things to say about ever person I came in contact with. Brett was my service advisor and he is awesome. He kept me informed about the diagnostic test, my engine light was on. He even went out to my car and got my extended warranty. The part was ordered was here the next day and my car was ready to go by 10AM. They washed my car and went and pulled it up to the door for me and it was a raw day.They even were so kind to pull my other car in and put air in the tires after the tire pressure sensor light came in ion my spouse’s Toyota. I can’t say enough good about the service department. They warned my trust and my respect and my car will only be serviced there. Do TY Brett and George Coleman Ford
