My wife and I had a great experience with them this past Saturday. We stopped in for a used vehicle about an hour before they closed and found that the vehicle was actually at another lot. The salesman asked if we were interested in a new one and we looked at a few. Even with us getting there late, they pushed through all of the paperwork and approval process and we drove away with a new 2025 Expedition Max Active. Great service and dedication to customer service. After we left and got home, we realized that we had forgotten something in the trade in and I called our salesman that night around 8:30PM, he called his manager and they drove back to the dealership, retrieved our item and brought it to our house that same night. This is what great customer service looks like. I have purchased about 3 or 4 vehicles from them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Honestly had nothing but hassle with them and they dont honor that 3 month warranty. Still waiting for a manager to call me since two sales associates I worked with im told is no longer there. Jennifer in service area said it was under warranty but couldn't do anything until the car salesman approves it. Never heard of such. Just bought the F250 super duty in mid August 2025. Im a local Google reviewer so I will review more places until a manager calls me. Ive left numerous emails and voicemails.
