Very friendly and the salesman answered all of our questions that we had before the purchase. They stayed late to help us get the deal done so we didn’t have to drive back the next day. They also delivered my truck as promised the very next day. I would highly recommend Susquehanna Ford for anyone in Lancaster, Chester County, PA. Area!

Honest, easy to work with. No pressure
The Sales Manager Jonathan was super helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to show me all of the vehicles that I was interested in with no pressure. I would highly recommend this little gem of a dealership. The dealership is small, but they are building a brand new store nearby.

Bait and switch 2X
Wish I could give them zero stars but one is the lowest. I found a vehicle that met my needs on Ford's website which indicated that the vehicle was at this dealership. I called the dealership about the vehicle to confirm they still had it. They did. I was willing to pay the price on their website. When I called, they also asked where I lived. Since I was not local they told me that the price would be $3500.00 over the price listed on their website. I told them to keep the vehicle. They also represented the vehicle as "new" when it was actually used as a service loaner. Clearly not new. I'd never consider doing business with a company like this. I'll be reaching out to for to file a complaint as well. Bless your heart Susquehanna Ford.
