Coccia Ford Lincoln

I bought a ford escape from Coccia ford yesterday and I’m very happy about the way they treated me. Chris was my salesman person and he went above and beyond to help me get the car that I bought. Dave from finance also went above and beyond to get me a loan for my car my credit isn’t the greatest but Dave was able to get me a loan through a bank. I would highly recommend going to Coccia ford even if your credit isn’t the greatest. Thanks Coccia Ford for all your exceptional service.

I purchased my Ford Escape in May 2023 and I have been having problem ever since with my windshield washer fluid bottle. I have been told several time that they replaced the sensor but after my last service I mentioned did they look at the windshield washer fluid bottle. I was told no. I said it is ALWAYS empty and not used often. I mentioned that the sensor was supposed to have been changed and she said there is no notation of that in my service history. I was told then that she was ordering a new bottle and sensor and they would call my when it arrived and setup service. It never happened and this was months ago. Don't get me wrong I love my car but this is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This issue has been going on since I purchased in April 2023.

mike hallock sales rep. was too hold two cars(Lincoln) for me and let me know when ready for a test ride. never received a call back. told mike definitely buying. No call back. Called sales manager Steve advised me he would roll out red carpet. We shall see. Sales rep Mike Hallock is out. If not satisfied find another lincoln dealer in Allentown or next closest.
