Unfair
I traded in our truck. We were not given a fair trade price. They sold my truck for 7000.00 More than the amount we were given. I feel very upset not treated fairly. I should have double checked on its value but I trusted them. Not a way to treat a senior citizen.

Sales people customer skills were horrible. I will never go back there again. It’s sad I was a customer for a long time. Times change.

Valve Replacement
Brought in Thursday at Noon, since I thought Warranty might cover the 'Check engine' issue. Quoted $550 for repair and couldn't be done until Monday. Checked Google, said repair averages $200-$280 depending on vehicle. Took to my local shop...$192 including labor, done same day. Enough said. Will NEVER have service done at Kennedy unless covered by warranty. Have had good experiences buying cars from 2 different Kennedy dealers, and terrible service experiences with both price gouging.
