Good service with the customer. Was at the dealership till dark and hadn’t eaten dinner. The salesman went and got us burgers. Everybody will help you out with anything.

I was shopping for a new vehicle. I seen a vehicle that I liked on their website. It was late in the afternoon on a Saturday and I just planned on going and looking at the vehicle. When I got to the dealership I was met in the lot by Emily. I told her what I was looking for and she said take your time and just let me know if I seen something I liked and she would get the keys. I found the vehicle I liked and we took it for a test ride. I liked the vehicle and told her I would come back Monday to see what we could work out because I knew they closed at 5 and it was almost that time. She stated no we can see now. All the staff stayed and worked everything out. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle going to Jim Shorkey Ford.
