I had a fairly good experience with the dealer but still felt a couple of issues that could have been better. 1. My trade-in was a lot less than I expected. They gave me $8000 for my trade -in and them turned around to sell my vehicle for $14000. Doesn't sound like a fair deal especially since I asked for a little more. 2. The tires on my vehicle that I bought were the original tires and Had 35000 miles which they did not replace. 3. Since they did not come down on their price for the vehicle I paid dearly with my trade-in and didn't get any new tires. I believe that I was treated wrongly with the trade-in price and no new tires that I will have to replace next year. They could have done a better job but the dollar was more important than anything else. Please note that the service I received from the sales person was very good but overall with the dealership, very disappointed. They need to make things right.

The necessary repair seems ok, but it took 15 days to get it done (and this was after the service department had us bring it in at earlier time knowing they couldn't finish the repair in the single day they kept it, then sent it back to us). Nobody told us the repair would take anything CLOSE to this long and the loaner vehicle provided was far below the standard of the one taken in for repair. Had we known the time needed for repair beforehand, we would have insisted on a more representative loaner. About 5, or so, days into the repair we asked about this and were promised a better loaner. For the duration of the repair we never received it. Amazingly, today we received notice from the service department that the car was due for two different services (after only about a week after the initial repairs were completed). So now we have to take it back in for this. Why in the world couldn't they have completed this service while the car languished in the garage while they waited for parts on the original repair?
