Customer Service
Do not recommend this dealership to anyone for buying a new vehicle from the commercial department. The customer service is horrible and I will never recommend anyone to buy from this dealership again. Ford should pull there franchise for as many calls as I had to make to have them fix my new truck. It took about two years to fix the problem and they still have not reimbursed me for the tools that were damaged from the truck body that leaked. They keep blaming the Reading but I wrote the check to Hondaru Ford.

Ford Escape
It was great working with Roger. He was very persistent in keeping in contact with me, and was very patient with us. He waited until we were ready to make a decision. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Such a friendly guy. We had an overall great experience.
