i totaled my car and went on a online search. took two days . Jackson Grove from Keller Brothers Ford Lititz contacted me within 10 minutes of starting my search. i am a ford fan so and was looking for a low milage vehicle same model since i just put 220,000 on my last one. He ask what i wanted i said UGA red found me one with less than 10000 miles former lease serviced at there dealership. Had my own financing and they got me a better rate. Great test drive Jackson very friendly as was everyone was at the dealership. will be my first stop for my next vehicle. checked out there service department and i will have it serviced there. Great experience with Jackson and the dealership.

We recently purchase a 2021 Ford Expedition from Keller Ford in Lebanon. I must say this is the best experience I ever had dealing with a dealership. First, I contacted the dealer via email (on a Sunday) and received a response in just a few minutes from Eli Caban our new salesperson. I had asked for the out the door price on a Ford Expedition. Eli quickly provides the pricing and arranges an appointment the next day. When we arrived at the dealership, I was surprised, it looked more like a museum. With the finishes on the walls and floors. Antique cars are on display and not one new vehicle on the showroom floor. Eli had the car we were looking at pulled into the inside showroom for us to look at. Good thing, it was very cool that day. After a few minutes my wife and I drove the car and were very happy. Eli and the manager honored the price he provides the day before with no adders or extras. We highly recommend Keller Ford and Eli Caban!! As a Note: I had contacted many dealers looking for the same request for the out the door pricing, and did not receive one response.
