after we were ripped off by buying a lemon from these people, they had the nerve to have someone call and ask about our deal. Telling them everything they AGREE with how badly you were treated but tell you the deal is done so they can't give you more money. What a xxxx SHOW! NEVER EVER AGAIN, and i will let as many people know about their shady dealings as possible. Dont fall for their Lies, they stand behind nothing!

never, never again. We liked and bought several cars, trucks from Lake, However my wife purchased a new 2022 ford explorer, 2 years later the computer system takes a crap, shut off in traffic. No recourse what so ever, would not make good on a factory reject, that they will get reimburst for. These people are terrible, even complaining about their own service but would do NOTHING! to make this right. BUYER BEWARE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!

Need to learn better communication skills.
Poor customer service. Specifically, no communication as promised from a sales manager in my trade! Lady on the phone from internet sales inquiry stated I would receive a link to put in my trade vehicle information and never received. Never got a call back. Never heard from anyone. Guess I won’t be driving over 500 miles to purchase but that’s fine with me.
