I bought two new trucks from Stucky in a month.

Reviewed by Liljoles95December 14, 2025

I bought two new trucks from Stucky in a month.I bought the last one before I left for Florida for the winter( I I lived there during the winter) When I bought the truck, they put a ceramic coating on. It was raining when I bought the truck and I asked them if that would be a problem since I live around 80 miles away and was scared that it would be messed up on the drive home. They assured me there would be no problems. And if there was to give them a call and they would make it right. The next morning, before I left to make my trip, you could see that the coding did not stick in certain places, and it almost looked like wipe marks Where are the coding worked in some spots and not in the other. I called their garage the next morning and they said they would come pick the truck up drive it 80 miles back to their shop and then 80 miles back to my house. I said I would rather them not do that if they could just refund me the money and I would have it fixed elsewhere. They told me that was not an option to have the money refunded directly to me that it would have to just go to the Loan. I said that was fine that I will just have it fixed when I get to Florida. I then got a quote to have it fixed And it was gonna cost me $1400 since they had to remove the old coding to put the new one on which is something I did not know. so do you get this fixed? I’m now paying on my payment every month what it cost to have Stucky Ceramic coat, my truck plus $1400 out of pocket to have it fixed right. I’m in business for myself The easiest thing to do for a person is give their money back, but that still leaves me with paying 1400 to fix it myself. That doesn’t seem fair, especially to a customer that has bought two brand new trucks from them. Overall I’m not happy And wouldn’t recommend buying any ceramic coating or detail work from this dealer. Once they have your money they don’t care anymore.

Reviewed by Mark from Pennsylvania September 27, 2025

When they lowballed me on my trade I told them it would not work and I would not be taking that deal. The salesman tried to do so many gymnastics with the numbers to justify their offer, which was unacceptable. After telling him “no” three or four times I literally had to stand up, tell him “thanks for your time” and walk out. Super pushy. Will never go back.

We recently worked with sales professionals at Stuckey

Reviewed by Maurice Thompson from Alexandria, PAJune 15, 2025

We recently worked with sales professionals at Stuckey Ford and found them to be a pleasure to deal with—honest, upfront, and respectful of our time. Unfortunately, our experience with management was the complete opposite. What should have been a straightforward car-buying experience turned into an exhausting afternoon filled with the usual back-and-forth tactics. Despite clearly stating that we had a prior commitment, our keys were held until negotiations were wrapped up, making us late and leaving a very sour impression. Our time is extremely limited outside of Mondays due to our schedules. Since we couldn’t finalize the deal that day, we attempted to work out remaining details throughout the week. Our sales professional continued to do his best to help, but it was clear that management was not being transparent. We were told—nearly a week later—that the offer from Monday was only good for that day, something that was never disclosed at the time. We were also told our trade value would be nullified if we didn’t sign the following Monday, which felt like pressure rather than professionalism. To make matters worse, we’ve repeatedly asked for a final financing amount and continue to be quoted the same number from Monday—despite having made an additional payment, which should have changed the balance. Overall, we’re incredibly disappointed in the tactics used by management, which felt more like gamesmanship than customer service. Again, our sales professional did his best to navigate a frustrating situation, but the behavior at the management level at Stuckey Ford does not reflect the values Stuckey Automotive claims to stand for
