Absolutely wonderful experience
I’ve been driving over 50 years and I have to say, this was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had a rough day with my old car, I had to face the fact that repairs would be way too high and I would just have to buy another car. After going to several other dealerships in the area, I went home and cried. My daughter came home and said we are going tonight to find a car. We went to John Kennedy Ford of Feasterville first. From the minute we entered the dealership, we were impressed. No pressure, no gimmicks , just a positive and wonderful experience. My salesman, Rob was so helpful and so understanding. He along with his manager worked hard and did everything they could to get me in a great car that I love, at a right price, with the right terms and I even had a choice of colors available to me that night. Everyone I met was incredibly nice and helpful from Rob to both managers to the finance man. I came home with a beautiful 2021 Silver Escape with low milage , all the extras , a great warranty and a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a car. Thank you Rob and all who helped with my deal. You are all awesome.

I have never been treated this way by a dealer before!! My husband finally found a truck he was interested in. Visited this dealer on Tuesday evening went through found some things wrong and asked if they could be fixed which was not a problem. Gave all information needed to through financing and was told by the dealer " come on dude we are tired and want to get out of here" Ok so he left for then night with the understanding would get a call about the loan in the am.. Financing went through got a call at 12pm on Wednesday that all was a green light, made a appointment for Thursday morning at 9 which was made by the dealer not us!!! That they needed to finish up and would get answers about warranty when he got there.. 4pm on Wednesday we received a call that someone was looking at the truck. We asked how is this possible, when told we don't hold trucks we said here take my card number I'm on my way, once again told we don't do cards... While running out side to get in the car to get there mind you we live 20 min away. Got a call from same person saying don't bother coming we sold it. So your telling me that it took someone 30 min to buy a truck but we couldn't do the paperwork on Tuesday evening cause you wanted to go home. I understand there was nothing that could be done it was sold but really!!! When we were told that all was a go see you at the appointment that we set for you the truck should have been put in for detailing and taken off the sales floor!! I will be calling to get a apology and find out why this happened and would like a apology!

Good sales guys horrible sells service
Went and looked a truck and started the finance process as they were closing they called the next day and said finance was good and the few issues I found were takin care off and the truck was ready to be picked up we set a appointment for the next morning for me to finish the deal. Then they called me back a couple hours later and told me that the truck I already got financed for and told them I was buying that they had another person buying it. They wouldn't take a deposit on the truck I rushed right to the dealer and they still sold the truck to the other person. Horrible way to do business I will never buy nor recommend the Kennedy dealers to anyone.
