On June 4, I scheduled a service appointment for June 10 at 7:00 AM (a Monday). Auto liftgate wasn't working correctly and rear seatbelt buckle was broken. Also asked for them to perform a recall service. I dropped my car off on Sunday afternoon. Did not hear from service department all day Monday. I called at 3:00 PM and was told a service advisor would return my call. No call, so I called again at 4:30 PM. Service advisor thanked me for my patience, but could not provide an update. They promised an update the next morning. Waited until 1:30 PM, no call. Called back, was told the service advisor would call me in 10 minutes. No call by 3:00 PM so I called. Service advisor said they'd have some information shortly. 3:45 PM the service advisor called. They adjusted and lubricated the liftgate ($180). They "diagnosed" the seatbelt buckle ($60) but the part is on back order so they couldn't replace it. The recall part is also on back order (the recall was announced in January 2024). At no point did anyone call me beforehand to let me know what they found or how much it would cost, nor did they ever apologize for not honoring my service appointment time or keeping my car for two full days for what turned out to be a couple of hours of work at best.

It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Bergey's Ford in Ambler. Jessica Stevens communication was responsive, open and honest during the negotiation process. When I got to the dealership everything was ready to go and I was in and out of there quickly. I would definitely buy another car from here.
