The experience was overall good. They had a 22 F250 with 17k miles. Jeff was my salesman and he was great. Nothing negative to say about him. Mark in finance was also good and worked with me to get my down payment. The negative things for me was when they came back with the paper work for the deal and the price was ~$2000 over the advertised price. This price included licensing fees “for the clerks”, a $600 red alert light that sells for less then $50 on Amazon and is blocked by anything you’re towing and a warranty for the interior. Why wouldn’t you just advertise this in the price? Makes you looks shady. After getting in the truck and getting the final wash, there was dirt under the head rest on both seats, the center console had never been cleaned out, dust all over the dash and there was dirt in the carpets. After spending almost $70,000 with you guys I expected a little more attention to detail. Overall I am still pleased with the truck, would recommend going here, but be aware of the interior warranty they try to sell you and the stupid red alert light that they charge $600 for.
