Truck not fixed, vandalism instead.

Received a huge bill with no working having been done because they made it sound like the work I was approving was getting done. Instead, they did no work, charged me $500 and then gave no timeline for when the work would actually be done. They left my car in their side parking lot, and someone stole the catalytic converter. This dealership has no parking lot cameras or security. I will never take our vehicles here again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Poor Communication and Long Lead Times

Our vehicle was dropped off at Wright Ford on September 28, because it was overheating. When my husband called to schedule the appointment the night before, they told him that they could have looked at it that day, but to bring it in the next day, which we did. They didn't look at it for over a week - we know, because we called twice during that time and were told as much. Once they finally looked at it, we were told it was the water pump, and should be done by October 12. The 12th came and went, then the 13th. On the 14th, I called. Brandon told me it was done the day before, but that he was really behind doing all the paperwork and so I could pick up after 4. When we picked up, the service was lackluster, but whatever. When we got in the truck, the "Change Engine Oil" light was on (and had not been), and I would think most places would have called to see if we'd like it done (since it had already been there so long), but not Wright Ford. On top of this, they told us a total price without regard to our warranty ("how did I miss that?"). My husband spoke to Brandon again today about the experience, and he assured us that they stand behind their "high level of customer satisfaction " and that they "can't make everyone happy". I don't know how many people can just leave their vehicle for 16 days (we're fortunate that we can), and to do so without communication about it from the dealer is ridiculous. We were told at one point not to call because they would let us know when it was ready...that's crazy. With what I pay for that vehicle, I could have towed it to Prineville to the dealership there, had it fixed and brought back in a third of the time, with twice as much communication, for less expense. I recommend anyone reading this do THAT, and not trust Wright Ford with your service work. 0/10 do not recommend.
