Pays attention to detail, goes above and beyond
Would highly recommend going to Jamal at TS&S Ford of Madras, OR. He helped me get a car 9 months ago and finally was able to upgrade to a new one 9 months later into something I loved. When I say most people don’t go above and beyond for their customers he definitely does! He knew the car I got 9 months ago was something I needed at the time but knew that I wanted something bigger for my growing family and he just did that today. He went out of his way to shoot me message asking if I’d be interested in this new car even though he knew I had just purchase one. I got the car I wanted and love so definitely satisfied with new purchase and him knowing exactly what I wanted. He pays attention to his customers and goes above and beyond to make it happen for you. So next time your there, stop in and ask for Jamal to help with you with finding a perfect car just for you!

Repaired my Expedition
They repaired my vehicle properly and gave me a appreciation discount. They were friendly and nice. :) They has a nice waiting area with WiFi.
